Hmmm, 16 comments of congratulations and only a couple that look at the information actually presented. Lotsa gloss, little substance.

1. Ask your customers:

What three things bring you here over all our competitors? What three things do you like best/impress you the most?

What three things do we need to improve?

Act on that information. Everything else is conjecture.

If the John Q. Public customers even mention the word "brand," I would probably faint. That is marketing geek talk.

OK - I'm impressed with a ton of good ideas and enough to make me sit and rethink what I'm doing. I'm on the bleeding edge of hort e-publishing and want to become "the" source of gardening info. Given I'm up against some of the big guys, I'm doing pretty well (self-supporting and growing nicely) with 5 sites/ebooks/blog etc. But I need to tie this all together into one coherent package so I can move it forward. I'll volunteer (gladly) to be a test case.

Steve,

This is going to be a really great resource for those businesses who look like your case studies. Congratulations to all on the launch and thank you for including me in the credits. I'm looking forward to the "journey"

Steve - thanks, I'm delighted to even be mentioned with these illustrious bloggers. Now you've gone and made my life harder since I'll need to check out all the blogs I've missed. My reader is already overflowing!

Hi Steve and The Branding Team!

Congratulations on this new collaboration! I'm glad to have been part of your inspiration ;)

Branding and customer service go hand in hand. Companies make their brand stand out by providing a great experience - which I think is a very important element in achieving success.

Looking forward to upcoming posts!

P.S. Just an FYI - You linked to Bloglines.com instead of CustomersAreAlways.com ;)
